An Office Exclusive Listing means that your listing isn't going to be market or advertised to any agents other than the agents associated with the listing broker. Even the marketing they provide to the general public is usually pretty limited. Most of your "Flat Fee Brokers" usually only carry Office Exclusive Listings.
