I truly have one of the most aggressive and effective marketing plans

in the Des Moines market!  A lot of agents will focus all their advertising in one place like the internet or print publications and some will simply rely on their name and personal contact base.  I have more of a blanket approach, marketing to all types of home buyers.  I do extensive Internet marketing simply because that is where over 75% of home buyers are starting their home search.  But I also realize that means almost 25% of home buyers are starting their home search other places such as newspaper adds

and other print publications and open houses.
